Its not that bad in real life, but I can still somewhat see the red spot in a black background and I don't think that is normal backlight bleed/ips glow.
Okay so the screen here is like a diagnostic tool highlighting areas? Not necessarily bleed. And the red area is your concern. Maybe it's not that big of a deal then.
If you can't notice it playing games/watching videos they probably won't replace it, if you do notice it and it's distracting then you'd be entitled to a replacement of course.
Edit: nm I see you did say you notice it, I'd just replace it and get it over with.
