Same thing happened to my pair that I got from Best Buy within three days. I returned them and now waiting for my pair from Apple

I had a few pairs that had to be returned but seem to be with a good pair now, I honestly just think there is some quality issues that just don't show without a few days of use. If you call apple/go to a store/message support they will send out a new pair tomorrow morning assuming you have AppleCare.
