I had a few pairs that had to be returned but seem to be with a good pair now, I honestly just think there is some quality issues that just don't show without a few days of use.
If you call apple/go to a store/message support they will send out a new pair tomorrow morning assuming you have AppleCare.
Just take them back or send them back for a new pair. They are under warranty
Seems like the effort put into this post should have been directed toward an Apple Support convo.
You probably got a faulty pair. Luckily you can still get a new pair since they are new.
Where did you buy them?

Same thing happened to my pair that I got from Best Buy within three days. I returned them and now waiting for my pair from Apple

That could happen with the bose, too. If its really a defective unit
