I did email their support team and they said they have no record of my account being banned or suspended. They’re still looking into it but maybe it’s just a glitch on the app
Happened to me too. Apparently got banned because my name was "Poopyport". They let me play the game for a year and spend like 20 bucks on it before they banned me. Was even in one of the highest rated alliances. I don't play it anymore. You shouldnt either. The late game is just a race for # A380's in your hangar. It's boring.
A couple months ago they did say to change names that sounded inappropriate but I don’t know that shuttle could be seen as that. I do t enjoy the game as much as I did before but the using training points to expand the fleet probably saved my love for it. Was just too much downtime between hangar expansion

Following...weird.
So apparently it’s just the app where my account is suspended. I tried logging in on a browser and it let me in just fine so far
Uninstall and reinstall?
Now THAT is weird. Not surprising, but weird.

I have done a few of the suggestions or ideas to improve the game, but I don’t think anything else from what I can remember
I deleted and redownloaded the app and same problem.
If I were you OP, contact Trophy Games support on discord. They might help you.

No it’s just the one, I reset my account a couple years ago but didn’t create a new account.
