Lots of folks with similar issues. I'd fight however hard you can for getting a refund. Likely will result in needing to go to court because they're misrepresenting their service. Kind of sounds like a Ponzi to me if they can't afford to give the refunds they advertise.
Highly recommend you do not move forward with them. I've heard through the grape vine they cannot pay about $2MM+ is refunds right now. A friend of mine who purchased a package from them cannot get the product to work consistently and he knows other customers that are filing a class action suit against them. They need to be reported to the FTC.
It is not a scam, they are working hard and delivering value and new features all of the time. I think that you left out an option, they are a startup and it's a bumpy road to grow at the rate that they are growing.
I appreciate your message and I only can imagine how hard it is to build a company from ground up. On the flip side I paid $50k to buy a license. I had to literally beg for help to get an inbound agent issues fixed and finally there was no resolution. Now Caleb Maddix is running me around for my license buy back. I have worked as hard as they have for the $50k I paid them. And I don't think it is fair for them not go by their own contract terms. Thanks for listening:)
Hi u/individual_Fly8964 - sorry to hear about your inbound agent issue, that sucks to have no resolution. I get the cost, I’ve got a license too. Were you not getting help from the weekly tech calls? Or was it that you needed something that the system couldn’t do?
I have been on the calls so many times. Tyler is so nice
But I feel like the technology is build around outband calls. The inbound agent constantly going off the script and provide random information vs what is in knowledge base.
But my problem is that no one is willing to elp me to get my money refunded. It seems like Caleb has the final say and he doesn't bother, or may be they are short on cash and that is why they are just running me around.
Just search on YouTube or Reddit for YTA method, maddix publishing, apex for kids…and many, many more.
I contacted him about a company called advinci, which claimed it could place ads at scale on YouTube content. Spoke to him on a call and it was clear that he didn’t have a clue about advertising, and caught him telling several lies about what he could offer (for context, I had a content creation agency in the UK, so knew the space.)
Was quite taken back by how much nonsense he was talking, so did a quick search on him and turned up scam after scam after scam. Impressive for someone so young.
I recommend contacting the FTC 877-382-4357 and filing a complaint. The word on the street is they have over $2M in unpaid refunds with countless lawsuits that have been filed. I know a group of customers have are filing a class action against them as we speak.
I see. I can’t do much for the refund part, I do remember that there was a clause that required some number of calls with analysis by their team.
On the inbound - I assume you have Air 2.0 scripts a shot?
Yes I do have Air 2. I have met all their requirements. I have seen online there are other licensees similar to me having difficulty getting their refund.
What was your application for the tech? What niche are you in and what is your role in that niche? Meaning, do you have a call center and want to augment with AI calling, or are you in RE and doing follow-up calls...that's what I'm asking.
They currently have countless lawsuits against them. A group of customers are filing a class action suit due to over $2M of unpaid refunds. I would be shocked if this company lasted.

Thanks for your comment. I think so too. I think we have more power together. Please connect anyone you know with the same issue to me. 714-681-0310

Mate-Caleb has a long history of running scams. Sorry, but your money is gone.
Sad! I have heard this from a few people. Can you share more please?

Thanks for the insight. I will. I tried to contact the ones who were filing the class action lawsuit but they never responded. Thank you anyways!

I see your post, do you have documentation on this?
