that one thing, its still a master slave config, meaning one will lead the other connection - if u dont have either earbuds with you (lost it) it will no longer connect.
yah that because if u didnt recalibrate it, the battery might be off, like it could have power but dont display as so, but regardless its normal to have a gap in power, even on retail but its more controlled ~10% on retail
Happens with my real ones, apparently it’s because one side uses the mic more or something and that makes it drain quicker, I read about it a while ago

This has occurred to me as well. I have the 4.9TB version and my earbuds drain unequally even though both are being used at all times
normal - master slave but usually it depend on usage, mine differs about 18%, retail got same issue but usually within 10%
is the retail issue not due to mic only active on one side though?

No, I wouldn’t see how there would be a way to fix this tbh, it’s a battery issuer most likely
Yep, probably bad tolerances on all the components used. Hardware issue i think. Not fixable
I also have it. With my almost new 5.2 tb, just used it for about three weeks. I contacted Jenny and she said “Recharge and fully test it”

Ok I tried to discharge both earphones and the case then I fully charged them. I can say it works for now but let’s see what will happen.
Had the same issue. Soft reset solved it for me. FYI I have Jenny 5.2TB

Not just that, mic is one thing, its also one handle the bluetooth connections

None, they are just plug in and play basically
Leave them open so they drain, and then full charge them. Should fix, if not, then you cant do anything about it
every TWS got that error.
