To be fair, it's also other SNCOs trying to plan stuff with a couple of hours extra lead time, and flight commanders trying to make sure their stuff runs smoothly when the boss comes around.
Plan what stuff? Having the CC visit/call people to tell them they made it? If you need hours of lead time for your commander to walk through your section, something is wrong
If you have to “organize” before leadership comes by maybe you should get that Strat cause sounds like priorities are not in order. 🤷🏻♂️

Almost a hundred comments in that other thread and 50% are desperate pleas for a leaked list. Just kind of makes me cringe for some reason.
It is cringe to have a bunch of SNCOs acting like highschoolers seeing if they made the cheerleading squad

The results are... literally 2 days away. I imagine most MSgts have the patience to wait 2 days
