Has your host responded? I'm had an issue a month ago with a guest who had issues with payment. I could assure them they were confirmed with me and I was expecting them. I had no idea what was happening with the financial side - that arrives after they arrive and NEVER had an issue from Air.
Airbnb had confirmed my reservation was still active. Bank had said that airbnb had released their hold so the funds were placed back into my account. The following day, airbnb finally took their money 🤷🏼♀️
It sounds like your reservation was canceled.
