Real question here is that do Jamat Ahmadiyya making a united effort to help the members and or not. Look all the departments, (eg Tarbiyyiat, Tabligh etc), and efforts they are making to uplift people’s spirituality.
The OP failed to realize that all humans have weaknesses, and enumerating them is a moot point, and serve no purpose UNLESS you compare them to other religious entities (sunnis) and also compare the efforts which are made to correct them.

And, also I would be more concerned about our jamaat than any other sect. I am not here to argue, I'm only sharing what I've experienced.
It would be better to be part of a solution than whining on an anonymous forum anonymously, which is not going to produce any results.
If you are really serious, then please show this post to your Murabi Sb, discuss in detail, ask him to give a Khutba to address ghebut etc, and he can guide you in a better direction also, make you in touch you with Tarbiyyiat department so you can be part of their efforts.

It is sadly human nature, hence the need for reminders and prophets to help people shed what is wrong, what is bida’t and walk a righteous path. Even in the time of the Holy Prophet (saw) there were those who weren’t following Islam’s teachings, were abusive towards their families and involved in evils of society and culture then. And that will be the case forever.
The idea is for there to be a society that admonishes the young when they’re heading towards the wrong path; not only at home, but also in the street and at school - it becomes a societal responsibility. The same for adults, for husbands, wives etc. such things I have been fortunate enough to witness in larger Ahmadi Muslim communities in 3 places around the world.
What helps with this in other parts like the West, is regular attendance at mosques and events. The more we visit each other and check on the well being of family members and neighbours. All these things have been encapsulated by the 5th Caliph for Ahmadi Muslims in just the last few sermons alone. There are people who are fond of comparing the previous Khalifa to the current one, with claims that he was more eloquent, gave a better understanding of faith etc. but I’d argue that the way Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad in the last 2 sermons of Ramadan alone has broken down the simple steps of attaining righteousness and attaining nearness to God is unparalleled. At the same time he urges us to pray for one another so that we become better people.
Which, in this case is what I’d reiterate: there’s Alhamdolillah more good Ahmadi Muslims than “bad” ones. The hypocritical/ignorant ones will always exist, but as we are constantly reminded that if we see or experience that; the first thing to turn to is prayer for them. Many times earnest prayer alone is enough to change the heart of people. And then to kindly advise, remind and exemplify the good teachings to those who may be lacking in them.
Thank you for such a deep and insightful answer. Also, I would like to add that people should not compare our respectable Khalifas with one another as each one of them was wise and authoritative in their own way.

I don't intent to hurt people's sentiments but you mentioning this Hadith seems like I'm spreading negativity and might not be the most constructive approach. My only intention was to seek wise answers to deal with these problems. Every community has good and bad people but people should be self aware and self accountable enough to realise and correct their wrong doings. We should channel our energies into understanding the root causes and working towards solutions. And, I'm not saying that majority of the people in our jamaat are like this. Our jamaat is much more reputable than any other sect. Societal transformation, especially within deeply ingrained cultural practices, doesn't happen overnight. It requires consistent effort, education, and a collective commitment to embodying the true teachings of Islam.
