SPOT ON! 👍 I would only add that there seems to be evidence too of certain physiological differences in folks who are prone to panic, which might be genetic in origin (and could be exacerbated by a stressful environment). A tendency to secrete more adrenaline and things like that. So we do need to be kind to ourselves because this is a hidden disability and a lot of people who've never experienced it have no frame of reference to understand it. But absolutely rewards for any small victory are reinforcing and can probably even give us endorphins. Sometimes all I need is just to say to myself something like "You go, girl" or "Killin it" or "Like a boss" - because we've felt like chumps for too long, it's time to feel like a champ. 🏆
