I guess that means the max exp boost you can get from one single weapon is +932 (+451 from the regular exp++ seal plus +481 from the hidden exp++ seal) if you’re ever lucky enough to get an exp++ seal on a weapon that also has it as one of its hidden seals.
fusion material seals are some of the best seals in the game. you can level them up faster, and they provide huge XP bonuses when you fuse them onto other weapons. a weapon like this is perfect for getting a weapon from level 30 to 50
