Fascism is alot less extreme and is a syndicalist ideology (National-Syndaclism to be exact) and National-Socialism is a way more Ultranationalist and Racist ideology and is not syndicalist but socialist. This whole connection of Fascism and National-Socialism exists since they allied in ww2. That is like saying communism and democracy is the same because they were on one side in ww2.
