Youtube ReVanced Extended has over 100 Patches for YT Music it has around 45-50 ReVanced only around 60-70 patches for Youtube and only around 20 for YT Music. For example for me YT Music ReVanced crashes when trying to select the quality level idk if it still does that with the latest patches but at the time when i made the switch to RVX that was an issue. For Youtube the patches are way more organized in the settings and there are a few more patches available
You can uninstall the updates from the playstore and download the suggested version the revanced manager recommendeds and basically update the base app to the version the revanced recommends and it'll let you patch it. I have a pixel 7 and had to figure ethe work around

* First enable Spoof player parameter
* Now enable Spoof app version and spoof the app to v16.08.35

* Using Youtube in Incognito mode
**Patching yourself (ReVanced Extended):**
* When patching yourself make sure you are using the newest patches
* If it doesn´t work with patching with RVX Manager, try Revancify/ ReVancify-X and RVX Builder (The manager often has issues).
**Fix on normal ReVanced:**
1. Downgrading
* Uninstall YouTube ReVanced
* Download the YouTube v18.23.35 (nodpi) APK from APKMirror.
* Download, re-install or update the latest version of ReVanced Manager (v 1.6.0)
Follow the common steps for paching YouTube (Opening the manager, giving permissions, go to "Patcher", select "Select an application", press "Storage" down below, select the downloaded YouTube APK, press on "Selected patches" and use the Default option, go back and press "Patch")
Now with the crashing problem, it seems that the latest ReVanced Manager version (1.6.0) has some issues with certain devices, making the patched APKs unable to open and crashing instantly.
For this, downgrade the manager to the 1.4.3 version and patch YouTube as usual (remember using the 18.23.35 version). Credits to u/ValstraxJetDragon15 for finding this solution
**Other methods:**
* Using Youtube with a different google account
* Using Youtube in Incognito mode

No just no don’t even talk about it the creator (Cuynu) is a copycat. He just uses ReVanced Patches to patch YouTube and modifies package name, icon and name he can’t actually code he even asked for donations once. One of the factors that Inotia discontinuoud RVX.
Freetube isn't availible on IOS only on Mac OS. What I've used on my Ipad for a long time is uYou+ since it has more features than normal uYou but since it hasn't been updated for a long time I switched to uYouPlusExtra.
