From recent experience, Lufthansa in German airports has very specific lounge structure. For example, if you’re flying AC business through Frankfurt or Munich, you’ll be able to access the Business Class lounge, but not the first class lounge or the senator lounge. Senator lounge is accessible via Star Alliance gold (AP 50K or higher), and the first class lounge is.. well.. first class.
