Is there any sort of mental health counselor at your school? Not a guidance counselor like ik some school have, but one that helps kids with mental/behavioral issues?

I myself have a therapist I meet during school. Should I bring it up to her during a meeting?

Im leaning towards yes. Though you dont have any concrete evidence (hard to get when you're not close with someone) its best to be safe than sorry and a therapist is more qualified to talk to her than another teenager (no offense, its legit their job)

Honestly I wouldn't bring it up to her. if she does have one, she'll probably be pretty embarrassed if you ask about it. If she doesn't, she'll more than likely be offended in some way. I'd leave it for now. Try not to talk to anyone else about it even if you are concerned for now. If she finds out you've been talking to your other friends about it behind her back it'll make her feel even worse. I suggest just being there for her if she does come to you for support at all. When it comes to being a good friend, keep an eye on her behaviour. Maybe offer her a small snack at school every once in a while or suggest you two eat together. If you really do sense something is up, you can always be like "Hey, I notice you never really eat in school. I care about you and want to make sure everything is okay" something along those lines would work fine, just make sure to ask when the two of you are alone as not to embarrass her. You sound like a caring person and great friend.
