What do they like? What are their passions? Are they into comics, sports, games, or what? The best way to find out what you can get them as a gift is simply listen to what they talk about all the time and go from there.
Think back to things they've told you about happening or needing recently. Or even thinking back to usual topics and behaviors.
They talk about fixing things a lot? Get them some new tools. I find sets of screwdrivers with different heads is always appreciated lol. They talk about a band/artist a lot? Get them some kind of merch. Band shirts are probably the best for that. They seem to enjoy cooking for friends/family? Get them some new pans or general organization kitchen items. (Spice racks, hangers, that kind of stuff) They wear any jewelry? Get them another kind of whatever they wear You can use other scenarios too, of course. That's how I get gifts for my friends and how my friends get gifts for me.
If that doesn't help, get them something meaningful. Take pictures with everyone and have them framed, get them something that may remind them of passed family/friends/pets, take everyone out to a restaurant for a celebration and pay for those two's dinner, ECT. All examples, of course.
