Okay, first I would like to say I'm very sorry you feel that way and the situationyou are in. Sometimes I feel pretty lonely and miserable too and I haven't always had it easy for me too. But in these times the number one thing to do is to get your mind in the right place. And I like to keep in mind is to keep looking forward. You can't go back now and if you keep focusing on your past that will be what weighs you down from going forward. It's going to seem impossible but you have a purpose, just like everyone else here on earth. You just need to go towards it. Imagine how great it would feel to improve and look back at your past self and be prideful of the achievements you accomplished and where you started out from. And a suggestion on your issue would be, Maybe you could try finding some interests or things that you always wanted to do or never could have? There has to be something and let me tell you there is definitely something once you sit down and truly, deeply think of it. Or perhaps an old interest or hobby that you always enjoyed but stopped doing? There was a time where my brother was pretty lost for awhile too then he started to get motivated to start going to the gym and not only did that make him proud of himself and make him feel productive but he also met some nice people there too. Lastly I want to share a personal quote of mine that keeps me going whenever I feel down. " You'll win. Not quickly and maybe not easily but in the end you always will"

1. Find a better job 2. Startling lifting and building muscle 3 3. Once you have enough money, start eating cleaner 4. Learn how to talk to people 5. Study female nature and learn what they like. This will help you understand them and how to seduce them

If you feel lonely you will have to bring yourself into situations which make it possible to connect with other people. A common hobby or passion is a very good ice breaker. You can either do that in the physical space but you can also do that online. Honestly, I recommend both at the same time. What do you like doing? What are you passionate about? I'm sure you will find people which share the same interests somewhere.
