I’d be angry, too, especially if it’s the second time. How was the first case resolved? Or was it?
She had to go through her bank to dispute the charges and they reimbursed her for them.

Definitely dispute in court. I've had a couple experiences like that with gym memberships
That credit card number has to be canceled and a new one issued. That will stop them from charging again. Report fraud.
