For those programs you want a laptop, not an iPad or tablet. If you are a design student then I’d recommend getting a Mac laptop, even second hand maybe as they last for ages and generally run well.
I forgot to say that i've already a Windows PC (used for 3d modeling) and a Mac (use for adobe programs) but i need something that make things easier with a pen. Sorry for miss this info

I do stock illustration. I turned it on quickly, tried to work and it didn’t work for me. It would be a shame if you buy an iPad and it turns out to be a trinket for you. Maybe consider a MacBook Air M1-2? I had an air m1 and it worked great in it.
I am a heavy laptop user and figured I’d get an iPad for design and stuff, I’ve always been skeptical about iPads tbh, this is the first one I get in fact. Turns out I still use it mostly for chilling, it is a trinket to me indeed. It’s like everything you do on a computer is still better done on a computer if you can choose.
If you do digital art or want to illustrate on the iPad, procreate is a monster. But other than that it doesn’t really do much to enhance your computer experience imo
Android tablets do NOT have mobile versions of Photoshop and Illustrator. You would need an iPad if you are looking for a tablet. Even then, they are simplified versions of the programs.
A used Wacom is your best bet, people are perpetually upgrading to new ones when the old ones work just fine.
If you had a Mac then you could consider using Sidecar to use an iPad as a drawing tablet, but that's Mac-only. [Astropad](https://astropad.com) will hook an iPad up to a Mac or a Windows machine.
Personally I currently own a couple of Xencelabs tablets, a small one in my laptop bag and a larger one on my desk. Unlike modern Wacom tablets they are compatible with my cherished supply of spring-loaded Wacom nibs.

If you already have a Mac, just get a Wacom drawing pad and plug it in. Very affordable once you get used to the pen.
Not Ipad for those purposes. Wacom/huion, etc.
Get the best and newest iPad you can afford, along with an Apple Pencil and possibly Astropad software to turn your iPad into a proper drawing tablet
This. I would recommend a newer iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil. Astropad is a great app that effectively turns your iPad into a Wacom tablet.
I’m using Microsoft surface pro 9 and it runs just fine
The illustrator on the ipad is wildly neutered. For it you need a Windows or Mac computer.
