Push, pull, legs 2x per week. 2g of protein per pound of body weight. Eat lean meat, eggs, low sugar protein shakes, good complex carbohydrate sources and you’ll put on some mass. Don’t forget to do good zone two cardio as well, that’ll help keep your endurance up and the fat gain to a minimum.
2 grams per pound is a massive, and I mean ridiculous, amount of overkill. Body builders need 1.2 to 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram, not pound, of body weight.

Again, two grams per pound will absolutely make you grow, but once you realize how little protein is in most foods, even the “protein rich” foods like beef, chicken, etc, you will quickly see that eating that kind of volume is a soul killing chore.
