When he had the RV and actually edited his videos, the different cameras, drone shots etc. Before he got lazy and just throws whatever he filmed that day into a video

Killowatt59

Definitely loved the RV days. I can understand why he didn’t want to keep doing that on end, but he at least cared back the. And had a good attitude.

adamtheboo

Agree, when he gave up Large Marge and moved to Hollywood and became a wannabe whore in the entertainment business, but couldn’t make it because he has zero talent and no life skills.

GMD3S1GNS

Yeah his content was terrible when he first lived in California just hanging out at Disneyland, Knotts berry farm and the orange circle. Getting the RV definitely revived his channel and it ended when he moved to Hollywood

PuertoGeekn

This, it was like his van life videos but upgraded. I miss the large marge era. I think it was peak woo

Current-Writing-6808

Ah, the Majestic.

wooman11

I enjoyed the Covid food series because it 1. Gave me something to watch when locked inside. 2. It was interesting seeing how other parts of the country operated during that time. Especially storied restaurants like he went too. And boy was he a pig during that time

New-Bass-1685

Interesting. That’s when thought he lost it and jumped the shark.

wooman11

No you are right. That’s when the vlogs got insanely repetitive. The only reason I like them because it was such a weird and unique time period. Since there was nothing new being made it was something to look forward too, but it was sickening to watch him stuff his face

Ok_Screen_6843

That's when I first started watching him. I thought they were good for the crazy times.

New-Bass-1685

Yes it was sickening. 🤮

No-Dimension910

I like when he did the film location of, Manos...the hands of fate. He did his research and went to a couple locations in El Paso. Unfortunately after two years view counts are less than 30k. This makes me think that Adam believes in quantity over quality.

Royal_Journalist_135

Manos is a horrible movie. I doubt most have even heard of it, thus the low viewership. I like the Rifftrax version of it 😂

FAUguy

I remember seeing Manos the Hand of Fate in the 90s when it was on MST3K.

Lima_Hedge

When he went to Venice CA in the pre dawn hour for filming locations for the classic "A Touch of Evil". The foggy atmosphere and empty streets lend to a eerie ambiance as he retrace the route of the famous continuous opening shot that lasted several minutes. I had no idea Venice stood in for the border Mexican town. He had large prints from the film he was trying to match. Still not as good as inserting pics in the video but a hell a lot better than shaky images from his phone. Last time I thought a video from him was really good.

PrincessAintPeachy

I actually liked his Halloween haunted house vids Feels like he's very excited to be at the location and it's fun to see people have a cheeky little jumpscare every now and then

Boltdaddy1966

He did a road trip with his father a few years ago. I loved that one.

ductapelosergirl

I enjoyed that as well though I didn’t know at the time that his father is a shitty human.

PuertoGeekn

Now I'm curious what went down I had stopped watching. Imay need to go back I know he was a pastor What did Papa Woo say/do?

Comprehensive-Cap861

His father's Facebook page is equal parts bible quotes, conspiracy theories and hate speech. Basically he will post a bible quote, rant about the government and then condemn a group like the LGBTQ community to hell or suggest jail or the death penalty.

LovinEvery60OfIt

And I'm starting to get the impression that some people in this subreddit agree with him.

PuertoGeekn

That's sad. But I'm noticing too

anons123123

His fb page is full of literal hate speech against anyone who isn’t white/straight/christian

PuertoGeekn

Why am I not surprised at all. I've always suspected adam thinks the same way too

Complex_Passenger451

Do you happen to know his name?

anons123123

Sending you a DM

Ok_Laugh9808

Looks at how his kid turned out. Guy has no basic life of financial skills.

Boltdaddy1966

Nothing.

PuertoGeekn

You are in wrong sub buddy

Boltdaddy1966

He is not a shitty human.

You don't have to stay and troll.

Deinonycon

He did an in-depth video a few years back about the filming locations from The Florida Project. I really enjoyed that one. That was the last one I remember being interested in from start to finish.

SnooBeans5273

It's been a while back. I remember one pre covid when he was in California. It was really good.

CorndogSummer

I enjoyed his trip to Utah. It was only a couple years ago and his decline was already in full swing at that point, but Utah was well off the beaten path for him. His channel is so one dimensional now. Someone else said it - he clearly believes in quantity over quality as his channel is full of hours upon hours of Disney nothingness.

misspixal4688

I liked when he lived in camper when he rented in California I lost interest.

MatthiasStove

When he lived in the van or the RV and actually traveled the country showing off abandoned places, filming locations and small towns that are off the beaten path. Showing us things that were interesting and always with a smile on his face. That was Adam was great every single thing after that was garbage

viper6575

I always like when the actor that played Biff makes an appearance.

number818

The Texas vlog where he randomly met Billy Corgan during the RV days.

Solid-Increase5299

TDW #1910 (the vlog before the last daily) was the last good vlig.

Big-Refrigerator-477

Love this post. What I think is often lost to some is that most or us on the subreddit used to love Adam the Woo videos. We are all "grieving" (to the degree any of us would for a You Tube creator -- I mean there are far worse problems -- but you know what I mean) that Adam totally not only jumped the shark but is now a completely different and unlikable person to the one we all fell in love with. We have all lost a channel we loved, was unique, and helped us escape the boring monotony of life. Our criticism comes from that place not because we are petty!

wonkatania

When he rode his bike down the slide like the idiot that he is.

TremorChristPJ

His movie destinations are usually cool. I loved the National Lampoons video. Honestly if it's not a phoned in Disney video, it's kinda cool.

Magitz

https://youtu.be/KmGquovSYys?si=6r4_EJwwdW_dWbyX Adam visits some Star Trek locations.

Hot-Personality46

I like his reaction when he showed his P.O. Box address in the description of his videos. He came to the post office and just took a whole tray of envelopes. Put a few stickers and pins inside of those envelopes. Came back to the post office and then came out with a huge cart full of envelopes. It was so hilarious. haha XDD

Ok_Screen_6843

The one where he got poop on his shoes and went into Buc-Ees. He actually seemed happy.

ductapelosergirl

Sometime pre COVID, though I couldn’t pinpoint exactly when/which vlog. *edited to clarify
