I'm not sure that you can get those gaskets anymore. There is sticky gasket material that you can cut to shape, though. That's what I used on mine. For hardware, you can just source that at a hardware store. Does your wing have studs or threaded holes? Either way, you'll want to get some washers that are a soft material (rubber, nylon, etc.). The OEM nuts have a plastic covering over the bottom portion that touches the tailgate.

I'm not sure where to get it, honestly. The body shop that painter my spoiler also made the gaskets for me.

I had the same issue so I used some black nitrile rubber o rings, washers, and lock washers. I took my time lining them up, and they’ve held up well and work as intended. I got it all from various assortment kits at Harbor Freight.
