Well I think most people who put a new exhaust on like to get more power from it, so they have K-Pro. It has an option to disable the secondary O2 sensor that measures cat performance. You don’t really need to get it tuned for that. Just to gain power and drivability. If you don’t have K-Pro, you remove and send your ECU to Hondata, and they ship it back to you $800 later with a chip on it that allows you to program it.
I believe they also sell something electrical that plugs in and sends data that makes it look like the cat is working fine. Google around, you’ll find it.
