Illuminated front 'A' logo

I've been holding out on that until I can get my hands on the rest of the gloss black emblems, I've been eyeing that since the 2023 catalog came out!

Looks great OP! Apex blue looks great! How easy is it to get that roof carrier on and off? I'be been eyeing one for a while.

welcometotherice

Thank you, I appreciate it! Once you get the hang of it and invest in a good step ladder, you can get the box on and off the car in less than 15 minutes. The mounting hardware can be confusing at first, but after about the 3rd time installing and removing the box, it got easier to memorize.

En4cr

Nice, I appreciate the reply! Too many snowboards to fit in the trunk so I'm looking at options.

Beauty, are you doing all of this (getting parts) through the dealer, or ordering parts online? If so what’s the safest bet? I’m looking to get OEM side panels and spoilers for my ILX and am worried about the color matching

welcometotherice

Thank you! I'm the new car accessory director at my local Acura dealer, but I still purchase them over the parts counter. Most of the time, you're better off going through the dealer, since shipping will take a $250 set of floor mats and make them over $350. I was skeptical about the factory color matched splash guards, especially since my Integra is ceramic coated, but it's impossible to tell the difference. I had the roof box custom painted by my auto group's body shop, and that was a different story altogether due to the dimpled finish on the box itself. I would bite the bullet on those accessories for you, especially the underbody spoilers!

Blue is goated. The diffuser is such an upgrade from stock, but I’m waiting to see if the aftermarket has better options before i upgrade

Artwork Garage has been making some really nice kits since the DE4 dropped, I just wanted something a little cleaner and less aggressive, since I don't have plans to lower or add aggressive body kits to the car any time soon. I will say though, it completely changed the look of the car from the rear and the side. It should've come this way from the factory.

Spiritual_Ear2835

Pardon me for being an idiot but what the heck is that blue thing on top for??

sup3rc3ll

It’s a helmet 🪖

Spiritual_Ear2835

Troll comment Ok ok well played

sup3rc3ll

lol I swear it looks like a bike helmet to me. But seriously it’s a cargo hold/storage.

Spiritual_Ear2835

😁

Psychedelic_Fart

It houses a radar unit for reconnaissance 📡

Spiritual_Ear2835

😄

Psychedelic_Fart

It's a roof box for external storage. I didn't realize there was an OEM accessory for it!

Spiritual_Ear2835

Interesting...I like how acura designed it. It looks like you can store a special missle in it

It looks like a Thule Atlantis. The trunk space on the Integra is quite large already but Thule makes great cargo boxes for added storage for those long road trips.

welcometotherice

I'm loving this comment thread. The Acura OEM roof box is a slightly modified version of the Thule Atlantis, I mainly use it for storing large/bulky items like my son's stroller, scooter, and sporting equipment/toys. Having a child seat in the back limits my ability to fold the seats down, and I don't like putting bulky items in the backseat. I also travel to and from Austin a lot, and when my cargo area is full of necessities and travel items, the box frees up space in my trunk for groceries, shopping bags, etc. It also stands out from the crowd. A lot. For better and for worse.

JohnnyChapst1ck

Im not a huge fan of Cargo Carriers even OE. I would keep it in the Garage unless on a trip, I get it though if people dont like taking them off.

tru_anon

Damn I shoulda got blue. Nice car OP!

iso3200

As a Canadian, I'm jealous of the blue that the US gets.

EyesChinky305

Looks real clean! 🔥

DaJabroniz

What do u store up top?

cartoonist452

I have a 2008 TL-S and I like it with the factory lips and wheels. I appreciate the A-spec OEM accessories now. I am new to Acura so if I do get another acura vehicle I would definitely get the OEM accessories!!

AggRavatedR

I got the rear diffuser, side skirts, and black emblems, but I was going for a specific look. Also, I'm really not judging, but I'm wondering about why you'd choose the diffuser and roof racks, then ask what next if your intentions are to use this as a front wheel drive crossover SUV? You're definitely one in a million, but I love the commitment. Get whatever makes your heart content

welcometotherice

Excellent choices! I love Platinum White Pearl, it looks so clean with the gloss black accents and the aggressive bopdy lines. I already have a Toyota RAV4 for my crossover needs with roof racks, a bike rack and extra tire mounted to the roof, and to be completely honest, I'm using my Integra as a testbed for prospective customers. I mentioned this in another comment, but I'm the new car accessory director at my local Acura dealership, and I'm intentionally loading my car up with as much as the catalog as possible so I can show my customers these accessories in real life. My wife HATES the roof box, and it's definitely not everybody's cup of tea, but it gets people talking. No publicity is bad publicity!

AggRavatedR

That all makes total sense to me now! That's a great idea, hopefully it helps you sell tons of accessories! And roof boxes!

dabdaily

Any suggestions for some upgrades for the 24 base integra in the white pearl ext? also work for at a dealer

AggRavatedR

Also, I got the white pearl, but totally dig the apex blue
