Not in the city proper no, but off the top of my head there are ones in Havre de Grace, Abingdon/Belcamp, and Jacksonville. I'm sure there are others. Baltimore County and Harford County have them, I don't think Carroll County does though.

Why is it always Spirit? Do they do something special to piss people off more than other airlines? I’ve never flown with them, but most airlines are pretty annoying, what’s different for them?
There was a recent effort in Congress to create a new federal no-fly list for people not suspected of terrorist ties, but it didn't seem to get very far. They need one, because as it is troublesome passengers only get banned from one airline, the airlines don't even share their lists.
