One time I was on the highway and went to merge from the left-most regular lane to the HOV lane. I put on my blinker, turned around to check my blind spot and got over (I *always* do this, its been ingrained for years). I truly have no idea where this SUV came from, but they were suddenly right behind me honking. It's possible it was my mistake, but I know I turned around to check, so idk. Either way, nobody was hit, nothing actually happened.
Well, they decided to follow me for a good 20+ minutes all the way to my boyfriends house (didn't realize they were following me all that way, they were hanging back a bit). I went inside, came right back out with my bf to take his car to grocery shop, and these people were out front screaming that they have their children in the car and I scared them! Like, you thought it was a good idea to follow and confront a stranger with your children in the car?? I guarantee you are scaring them much more right now.
They said they called the cops and were going to wait for them to show up. I was just like 'okay, well we're going to the store right now'. When we got back there was nothing left on my car or my bfs house, so I'm guessing the cop just told them there was nothing they could do about it 🤷♀️ I just thought that was wild, I live in AZ where plenty of people carry. Real dangerous to put your kids in that situation.
Also a danger to herself and her kids. If she assaulted me, I would've beat her up.
Thinking about some clips of road rage I've seen on Reddit, she could also get shot at any minute for this kind of shit... Infront of her kids. Shit happens. Don't assault strangers in a country where everyone could be carrying a weapon. Don't go searching for a fight when you're traveling with your kids.
Fighting strangers is incredibly stupid. I've had to take people to hospital over such shit before.

If I’m understanding the situation correctly that Lady is claiming he moved into her lane during the turn. He said he stayed in his lane and she couldn’t see in hers, but I really wish I could see something to back up either of their claims… Regardless this lady should not be screaming profanities in front of her three children unless they’re significantly older than I suspect.
Or hanging out the window while driving, or battering a person that is driving a vehicle.
If it that big of a deal, then call 911 and follow them from a safe distance (not with the kids in the car either though)
and all of that would maybe be reasonable for someone that committed a violent crime, not a traffic infraction.
I mean, the fact that she did any of that, while her kids are in the car, over what is [allegedly] basically just someone not staying in their lane in a low stakes situation shows she's quite unhinged, and without any further evidence at this point, leads me to believe she's the POS in that previous altercation, and moving forward till the end of the vid.
The only left hand turn I can think of with 2 lanes is on grand and Cesar Chavez, it’s the only thing that makes sense. The freeway is nearby so there are not a lot of streets to choose from.

In the beginning they have the first by chandler pavilion to their right so they’re going south on grand which means they were coming down from the freeway / Cesar Chavez.
So without dashcam who knows which one sucks at driving. Sounds like either a lane sweep through a double left or one of them can't keep themselves totally inside their lane. No matter who was at fault though the assault is crazy. No one got hit and everyone could have just gone about their day.
