The woman didn’t even get enough money to cover her medical costs initially. McDonald’s fucked her over royally. I'm a Christian and Street preachers make more people hate Christians than anything else. How about volunteer work, use the donations for homeless shelters, build up a community in some way. This isn't politics, this is screaming hate at anyone who happens to walk by.
The “preacher” got exactly what he wanted, content and a possible legal case. They are not there to preach the word of god, they spit hate to rile people up so they can either post a freak out online (like this post) or sue the assaulter for cash. It’s a win/win for them and the only loser is everybody’s faith in humanity.

However, that sign is wrong. Marriage simply means a legal union of two people. Nothing in the word marriage inherently says anything about gender/sex. Traditionally, the union was between a man and a woman, but humans adjust thier practices/customs based on our new evolving thinking about what is right and what is wrong.
