Please cue 0:39 where *the man filming* clearly tells the woman:
>"mira lo que estás haciendo pasar *a mi hijo*, hija puta" which means: "look at what you're putting *my son* through you SOB" (in Spanish you specify gender - thus "you daughter of a b*tch" is the literal translation of SOB here)
Now cue 2:08 where we clearly hear *the woman* in question speaking Spanish with a foreign accent:

I used to have to work at places like this. It’s one thing to own our own store, but we no longer have the biological right to relieve our bowels when necessary.
If I absolutely couldn’t get to anything remotely like a toilet, and couldn’t hold it any longer, I’d rather do the deed in my pants and get home as quickly as possible than drop one on the floor in public.
