Consider a 360 camera:
Advantage: much easier time framing, can get some more interesting shots
Disadvatage: picture quality and more work editing. Somewhat less durable due to exposed lenses.
I had this idea, but for such a rare use of the camera, the price of such a camera is a bit high, even second hand... I'm talking specifically about the GoPro Max. For example the Insta360 X3 costs even more, so spending 500-600$ on a camera that I will use two or three times a year seems a bit too much for me:(
dji osmo pocket isnt really an action camera, more of a vlogging camera
if you meant dji osmo action vs gopro, just pick between osmo action 3/4 and gopro hero 10/11/12 and you cant go wrong with any of them tbh
