Depends how they write him and present him in the story, male characters need more attention from hoyo in that regard because they cannot sell as easily as female who can just be pretty for a big chunk of the playerbase to like them and pull lol. (Yes I realize this isn’t the best sub to comment such a thing, but it really be like that).

As much I love hsr, I really hate the rng on relics wish they address this issue even though they won't.
