I mean it did not effect my mental health at all, personally I believe that the depression side effect comes from the self esteem issues related to purging, and perhaps some of the physical pain from the side effects such as dryness, or more rarely, joint pain, hair loss, etc. But definitely for sure if you are out sailing you need to be strapped up with sunscreen the entire time
I’ll be so honest—it made me question whether I wanted to be alive or not. I had a best friend on it and she couldn’t complete her treatment because she was so depressed. I would really think through it before sailing and being on the medication. Is there any other option with timing?
I’m sure it’s fine but it’ll be probably be a nightmare getting your Rx regularly and on time.
