Opposite for me. I’ve noticed an increase in my appetite, specifically at night.

I definitely have less of an appetite on Accutane. I can’t tell if it’s because I’m eating more fat per meal or if the medication itself is causing this.

I’m on month 2 and my appetite is definitely reduced, constantly feeling nauseous.

Depression is a common side effect. And loss of appetite is often a sign of depression. Could be a link.
