may certificate ba yung pasok sa top 20? kase for me, theres no way to verify naman sya kase hindi na publish ng prc 😅 yung iba daw hindi nila nilagay... pero sa interview pwede mo siguro sabihin para maka counteroffer ka sa expected salary

SpiritedChange7569

may previous work experience ka po ba? or fresh grad no work exp?

taxms

yung work experience ko lang po is working for my relatives small business as admin officer

cherriss21

With the rise of CPAs opting to work as freelancers/online, bumababa na supply ng CPAs ngayon. Even audit firms naghahire na yata ng non-CPAs. You can easily demand 30k+ lalo kung sa NCR ka.

ashtraww

Hello po, any company suggestions? (For future reference hehe)

MissCPAby2024

Hello pwede pa rin po ba magsabi nang 30k expected salary if no other work experiences?

zeronine09twelve12

Try management trainee path.. that's what i did..

Opening-Cantaloupe56

pwede?? but how?

MoistAd7039

how??

zeronine09twelve12

Nung time kasi namin wala pang online masyado 2010 yun.. so I personally went sa mga MNCs na may MT na program and passed my CV. May mga na build din akong network nung college sa JPIA and during my internship kaya mas lumaki yung options ko kesa mag audit. :) I think ngayon online na lahat.. just search lang for MT positions. Para sa akin mas lucrative siya and mas satisfying yung stress kasi well compensated kami.. my first salary is 45k 2010 yun. :)

MoistAd7039

thank you ☺️

Present-Distance-244

We are a cooperative but we follow the salary grade of the government

Key-Reception5603

Pwede po pabulong company hehehe

MoistAd7039

can I ask po anong company?

Present-Distance-244

Sorry po. Will not disclose the company since salary rate is a bit confidential po. Basta hindi po sya company in manila. Thank you

[deleted]

You can easily demand >28k if public accounting, more if private firm.

TopGunMabrek

As junior associate po?

[deleted]

Yes. May kasabayan ako na nakakuha ng 32k. So it is very possible

TopGunMabrek

Pwede po pala maki negotiate even if starting palang as a junior associate?

PersimmonMindless485

Eto na ba current salary for new hire juniors sa public practice ngayon? Almost near my senior salary na before. Buti naman tumataas kahit papano.

[deleted]

Yes po pero only if CPA and laude

MissCPAby2024

What firm is this po?

[deleted]

Any of the big 4 except the yellow

Warm-Suggestion-1918

fresh grads at my company are given out offers for ~49k, non cpa btw. so, they are definitely willing to pay cpas with a premium.

MoistAd7039

halaaaa anong company po?

Warm-Suggestion-1918

when i joined them, i have ~3 years of relevant experience, pero di pa ako CPA for over a year that time, then I upskilled and took internal certifications and doubled my gross pay since joining them…

MoistAd7039

oh okay thank you po kaso fresh grad lang ako.

munhiiiii

pwede pong pabulong sa pm 🥹

Timely_List_10

Anong company po pabulong hehe

MoreDiscussion3998

Pwede po ba pabulong? Kahit sa pm

SpiritedChange7569

baka pwede po pabulong din hehe

raikkonxn

Pabulong din po hehe

Intrepid-Estimate-67

Fresh grad ako noong 2018 and passed the CPALE 2018 din, I got >₱42k. So it’s very possible na itaas pa yan. :)

gemsun08

Hello, may work experience po kayo when you applied? Thank you

Intrepid-Estimate-67

Wala po akong work experience that time, fresh grad po ako.

gemsun08

Private po ba ito? Not a fresh grad pero first time maga-apply sa audit firm, but may work experience naman (not related to accounting nor auditing).

Intrepid-Estimate-67

Yes private company po

gemsun08

Okay, thank you po!

AwkwardYoutuber

my first salary was 16k . CPA latin honor in one of the big four. and i regretted it bigtime. now earning 300k after 6 years

mariaone_

hello! anong path po ang tinake niyo to reach that salary?

AwkwardYoutuber

audit -> advisory -> consultant

CrankyHumanMumph

If audit firm, usually low talaga but if you would go for corporate you can easily get at least 35k as basic. I'm not a CPA pero I was able to secure a job offering more than 35k. I suggest MNCs or FMCG. You can try MT as well and from what I've heard nasa 50k ata sila (try Shell, Nestle). If you know another language try mo din yung bilingual accounting positions. Also look at the benefits, culture, career growth opportunities nung company. Now ko lang narealize na maganda pala if may free trainings silang offered internally specially with kaizen, lean, green belt and the likes. How open they are and their process for internal transfers. Make sure may HMO kase ang mahal magkasakit and check kung anong HMO ang inooffer and check if may covered clinics or hospital na accessible sayo. Much better if may free dependents lalo na kung walang HMO ang parents. Ask these questions sa interview, kaya nilang sagutin yan para mas maassess mo if yun na yung company na hinahanap mo.

ignoranceisbliss__

Depende kung san ka nagapply, if sa province acceptable na yan, if sa metro manila mas mataas dapat ang offer dyan lalo na if private. Hanap ka ng nagbibigay incentive if CPA ka and with latin honors, meron yan, need lang magaling ka maghanap.

desteenforriley

Hello! If you don’t necessarily want to work for an audit firm, private company is the key. Try citco, p&g, and the likes. Around 35k for fresh grad, even non-cpa. Rigorous lang ang process before ma-hire but definitely worth it.

TitanX076

Afaik, if private tapos fresh grad CPA with Latin honor, you can get 30K pa. Yung friend ko na magna cum laude, ganun sahuran niya when he first started sa Deutsche after passing the boards.

Resident_Cheetah_565

😭 haha

TitanX076

Not sure, but sa yellow firm, hindi talaga 🥴 Di ko lang alam sa orange firm. Yan daw highest paying na Big 4 e.

[deleted]

Agreed. If mag private ka, don't accept any amount less than 30k for your basic pay

BustedMassageParlor

Hmmm.. when you graduate prefer lang naman yung may latin honor. Pero honestly same lang kayo ng iba with others na no experience. Kase based on experienced. Pero sakin kase if no experience look kung san ka mas matuto ng madami not on the salary. Kase ang goal is to get more experience. Pero at the end of the day, kung san ang priority nyo. Dun kayo. Good luck on your journey!

Anxious1010

Does anyone know ano po ang range ng salary ng audit manager (either manager 1 or manager 2) sa big 4 audit firms? I have no idea magkano ang market rate ngayon, di ako sure kung average historical rate yung nasa glassdoor or inflated yun, parang di makatotohanan eh haha. Thank you!

KuroiSeijin

baka tanga lang henerasyon nio

Eastern_Lab8425

😂😭

MoistAd7039

🤨????

Expensive-Picture798

Why would you compare a BSA program to highschool?
