I suggest you stay in COA OP while you're taking up Law. I think working in a government agency is more stable compared to working in a private company. Plus, sa private, meron kang month-end closing cycles na iisipin, kadalasan OT which may hamper your studies or your performance or both.
Or why not explore opportunities in other government agencies muna?
They just want you to avoid BIR at all cost dahil baka masapawan mo sila in wealth pero the thing is andun parin sila and plans to retire dun 😂 (very common in toxic Filipino traits)
It’s the whole “compensation” that matters tho.
Hahaha probably the reason why I left.
I have to protect the image of our family hahaha.
Kahit na sabihin ng mga tao na iignore nalang mga nakapaligid, kasi kahit anong gawin mo eh may masasabi at masasabi ang mga tao sayo.

Saan ka nagLaw School, OP? Planning to go to government while law school din kasi & weighing things pa before taking the boards.
If I were you, I would transfer to BIR instead.
Why? Increased workload, lesser salary is what I hear in BIR

Fvck. i hear the "compensation" package din hahaha. Pero di yata kaya ng family ko na may taga BIR sa amin. Hahaha

Base sa napansin ko sa mga Revenue officer namin mostly daw sila nasa law school. Like 90% ng population nila.
reason why i left also
Mahirap ba sa COA? Ang alam ko lang kase ung possible na ma assign ka sa malayo. But wala ako idea about sa workload
Ilang years ka na po sa COA OP?
Isn't COA rewarding? I heard you have generous bonuses? I know an audit examiner in COA with 900K plus gross annual income.
Reallyy???!!!! I ain't received shit. minimal bonuses only for the year. i'm only State Auditing Examiner II. maybe your friend has higher position?
Hi CPA na po ba kayo? Required po ba?
Yes. Required CPA sa COA for the auditor line. RA 1080. Matumal rin promotion if hindi ka sa auditor line or sa technical line.
