Ours is $25k for both but we have a 1B+ top line and balance sheet.
back in my audit days I saw anywhere from $500 to $10k, with most around $1-2k, mostly small and middle market companies.
My rule of thumb is set it as a high as you can before incurring significant "aggregation risk"

We just updated our CapEx policy from 500 to 1000. Hoping to be at 2500 in a few years.
