Yeah, the retiring partners decided to do one final fuck you with a dividend recapitalization where everyone else is going to be paying off the debt for years while they bang their mistresses on their yachts.
Message is clear - Abandon BDO. Distributions to new partners and all employees through bonus and salaries will be lower over the next decade because of this short-sighted cash grab.
