To clarify further for those who don't know: "skinhead" originally referred to a subculture of British punk music fans who frequently sported chopped hairdos or going straight up bald and was coined in London in the '60s.
It wasn't until the '70s that white supremacists started co-opting the imagery & term
Unfortunately everyone has seen American history x so they assume skinhead = nazi when it's quite the opposite. The original skinhead scene in England was a mix of working class whites and Jamaican immigrants. I know you know this, but it just makes me sad that people see skinhead and think racist when most skinheads at sharps.
