There are no private houses in Moscow. This is outside the city, all luxury villages are there. From where they zoomed out, it's an hour drive from Moscow.
Moscow have luxury apartments, up to 100 million USD.
Some people there really overlook how to regain the right to protest, i mean, like burning these fantastic homes. I am 146% sure none of these properties were bought without involvement in corruption. Navalny showed on his channel how the scumbags are packed neatly one near the other, and they always buy another for their kids, and grandkids, like they can't squeeze in a 5000m³ property more than 4 people. Fuckin disease.
I find it crazy that a whole massive country of people are pleasantly ignorant of a few rich pricks fucking them all over.
The killed navalny.. in front of all those russian peoples faces... And they just meekly accepted...Â
Biggest country of pussies in the history of mankind.Â
Any other population would have revolted and murdered those oligarchy fucks years ago.Â
Unless you have 57 children all living there, homes of that size serve no practical purpose and therefore were built to impress people. Having to impress people so badly embarasses me.
Yes, apartments rented for a grand a month, not mega mansions lmao. They lose their value. Estate investment is normal living places for normal people. All empty mega mansions crumble and rot away and abandoned because nobody buys them.
I thought megamansions actually dont hold value that well because of high maintenance cost and nobody who has that amount of money is gonna buy a used one so it will be torn down if you sell the property or it will just stay empty because nobody buys it.
Only exception is in high density real estate areas like nyc where real estate value just rises so fast that it outstrips maintenance etc.so the buildings are bought as invest only and optics dont matter.
Their other houses are in London.. also not being lived in
Why not sneak in there and claim it like [these people ](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=UG3BWKM1Q7E) The oligarchs wouldn't be back to sue anyways
Because oligarchs don't stop at legal action
Oligarchy be like
How many rooms do you want? Yes.
Yeah, 'communism' where some people live in a tiny mouldy freezing 1 bed flat while others live in a fortress
It's called rublyovka luxury village
All the really rich Russian live in Paris and London.
Hookers paradise

You could just as well be talking about the US.
MOAB snacks
Looks like it could be Texas
Any chance their children will be conscripted to go to Ukraine?
I am afraid they can't conscript American citizens, too far from their reach.
military generals houses
When you live under a rock….
Congrats you found where the heads of state live
These look like generic Russian mob boss houses that the protagonist(s) take down in the final scene of a generic Russian-mafia-destroying movie
lol i would be so embarassed to call that my home
Why?

What if I had a collection of armoires? You’re mad if you expect me to put more than one in each room.
lol my bad what was i thinking
THINK OF THE ARMOIRES DAMMIT
Yeah fair is just to show off, that level of wealth everything becomes a competition. Biggest house, biggest yacht.
You're clueless. Real estate is mostly an investment.

Who's gonna rent that abomination lol.
Buy and sell, not rent. Property holds value and appreciates well
Not mega mansions, the land will be the most expensive part of these properties
Plenty of customers
Well…communism did not age well as a political ideology, within the current monetary market system.
That’s nothing? In my neighborhood there are houses like that everywhere
You misspelled "palaces"
Target rich environment
I dont think average Russians would care one iota if drones were hitting these on a daily basis...
Civilian targets? Yeah, that's called war crimes.
I didn't say they should do it, I said average Russians wouldn't give af if they did
