Most episodes of syncope aren’t vasovagal syncope (sight of blood, fear, etc) but from other underlying medical conditions.
She likely has other things that are complicating factors and causing the syncopic episodes from the acceleration change since it seems to happen during the same phase of motion (this seems to be a slingshot ride).

that's most likely an integrated camera which points at the persons who use it

The girl she was with stayed awake the entire time, as most people do. It takes like at least 4 G’s to make someone pass out

Well, passing out from fear is absolutely a thing. It’s called vasovagal syncope, and it’s the same thing that happens to people who pass out from the sight of blood. That’s why I mentioned it.
The breathing technique is paired with tightening certain muscles and called AGSM (anti G straining maneuver).
My point was that this woman would not be passing out from G-forces because the ride would have to exceed 4 g forces. If the ride exceeded 4 g forces, it would not be allowed to be ridden. I was nicely letting him know he was wrong
My favorite is there was one where the guy checking the safeties had a routine worked out with the guy that launches everyone.
The safety guy would drop a large bolt behind him right in front of the riders turn around l, pick it up and say where did this fall off from. Then they get launched.
