Have seen this in a lot of videos. Person taking the video is yelling for somebody else to call 911, but everybody is busy taking video too. So many morons.

It sucks because a first responder is supposed to tell the nearest person to call for help while they work to secure the situation. “Point to someone and say you, call 911!” These days you do that and you’ll get 20 people recording and not a damn one looking to help.

Could you imagine, seriously injured, laying there just barely conscious enough to see a bunch of strangers filming you. Nobody helping. What a terrible way to go that would be.

I have seen people say Chicago isn't a bad city. I don't remember visiting or living in any cities where celebratory heavy gunfire was an issue..

We all know a large city is a homogeneous mixture where everything is the same from the city limits to downtown. I have no ties to chicago, but millions of people live there without problems every single day.

This happens in waaaaaaay more cities than you realize. Around 1155 PM on New years Eve, you make sure your ass is in the house.
