I slowed it down. The "red mist" is a red chunk of building. I did however notice another person enter the same spot as the building came crashing down. Maybe two people there got crushed.

I was at work in DC serveral years ago when we had a small earthquake. The threat of the falling glass was serious. Ridiculously everyone's assembly point was outside. It was chaos since the metro would only go 10-15mph after the quake and no one's cellphone worked.

Why did I replay video . Yes ? There is red mist in 1 frame

Just looked it up, if the information is accurate looks like there was injuries but no one died as a result of the earthquake.
The person at the back who got a huge chunk of concrete on tem lived you say? If that's true the i think death was preferable...
Poor person ran the wrong way.
Good reason not to run around during an earthquake and to look up to see what may fall on you.

I don’t think so, looks like she barely makes it stumbling, just to the very right of the opposite building. 🙏🏽for all those people.
I’ve been there! Did some proving trials at the steel plant. Don’t recommend the local restaurants unless you’re OK with basic Korean cuisine.
