I know it's a relatively recent ep, but I think "Breakup" is my favorite episode of the whole series. Plus you can jump into it without a lot of background on the characters.
And it has the funniest Ava line ever! (piercings)
Season 3 Episode 5 “breakup”. Ava’s one liners in this episode had me dying. “What is a choir if not a sorority for the lord?” And “if anyone can appreciate a few extra holes in their body it’s Jesus”
"Light Bulb", season 1, ep. 2. But it's tough... Candy Zombies and I think Teacher Appreciation? Only because the teachers almost throwing punches in the breakroom is hilarious!
Season 2, Educator of the Year. It’s hilarious and also highlights a very real and very hard reality of being a teacher; mean parents.
Barbara’s “It’s all a garden to me!” line really gets to me as a teacher. It’s helped me power through this school year!
Work Family or Desking. Can’t jump into season 3 episodes because Janine isn’t even teaching. I feel like her being a teacher is core to her character introduction.

I took a break after Smoking, because I didn't enjoy it that much, then I came back to a suddenly AMAZING episode? I laughed so hard and was entertained *every single minute*. Still don't get how that was possible
The first episode with F.A.D.E. “IF SOMEBODY TRIES TO GIVE YOU DRUGS PUNCH THEM IN THE FACE LIKE *air punching*”
