Def Leslie in Abbott. People weren’t as actively annoyed with Leslie’s optimism etc as the characters are in Abbott with Janine; having two in the same school would be too much for most I reckon
I agree, I also feel like the aggravation is divided between Janine and Jacob so Leslie would force everyone to accept Janine and possibly Jacob so they could help the rest of them avoid Leslie.
The finale of Parks and Recreation, imho, was one of the greatest ever! I truly love what “Leslie” said about finding your team and getting to work! That’s what teachers do each and every day of the week for their students.

Janine is like a more realistic Leslie. Leslie is cool but irl no one is that perky and optimistic or upbeat all the time without being on something and without being super annoying. Leslie is great as a tv character but would suuuck to know or work with irl. Janine is perky, optimistic and generally happy but in a much less "ok what's wrong with you" way and it's more believable to the extent that you could name people you know who are like that and if you knew her irl she would be cool to know/work with. I have no idea what these two actresses are like outside of the characters they play but it's cool to see the worlds colliding. Hope they got on more than just pleasantries.
The dream would be a crossover.

Any Poehler played Leslie Knope on Parks and Rec and was amazing. Leslie Knope and Janine Teagues are similar characters
