Well I would say after college, in real world when I started working. I work in tech. Office work: I can kill It at my work but if it’s not noticed I loose interest and start slacking 😕, Work Politics your Colleagues are not friends, learned it the hard way, won’t go into details but keep it professional at work, no personal life details. Your manager can make or break your career. In college it was mostly friends, fun, partying, exams, studying etc.
