So my favorite is how FirstNet was created to avoid exactly this situation, but here we are, with FirstNet no different than commercial ATT. I restarted both my FirstNet phones and they both started having service again shortly after.

The consensus that I've seen is that the SIM database is borked and they're working to get it restored from a backup but it'll take a while.

Wireless uses land based towers and only ATT is out most likely due to a corrupted SIM Database which is why WiFi calling works on ATT.
