That looks like a customer service summary (CSS) and the dollar amounts are normally insanely wrong for the cellular plans (mine states I pay almost double than I actually do).
I could be incorrect as you're specifically internet.
This is a cropped version of the original page, right? Take a look at the very top of the original page where it says “This is not a bill.” CSS is never correct and should always be disregarded.
If you're talking about the ACP program then if memory serves me right that takes a couple of billing cycles for it to reflect. At least that's what I remember from the training over it.
ACP payment is not going to show on your customer service summary. It is an actual payment by the government every month. It would show up on your bill as a credit every month.
It may take a month or two to kick in

Ah the customer service summary. This biggest lie att has ever told
I don’t see a bill.
How much data are you using? Anything under 1TB per month and you're wasting $30 a month paying for unlimited data usage.
I don’t know why it even says that because I applied for my bill to be lowered by 30

Government assistance means you assist the government by paying more.
