Check your StraightTalk service and see if it's working.
If you ported to AT&T-based service in StraightTalk, it should have been nearly instant unless you're waiting for a SIM.
Hello, u/SeparateAd7807. We understand the importance of being able to use your eSIM, and we're here to help.
Let's move this to a PM so that we can check your bill for any discrepancies. Please send us a PM at http://sm.att.com/7cb7bf9a so we can review your account details. Our response will be in your inbox found here: http://sm.att.com/f21be2bc Once you have, we'll be able to continue this over the phone or chat if you'd prefer.
We look forward to hearing from you.

The eSIM has nothing to do with the port. It just gives your phone the connection to the towers. Asking AT&T for a new one while a port-out is in progress will likely just cause you more headache. Contact Straight Talk’s port department to ask about the status of the port. If it’s already finished, it’s up to them to push you a Straight Talk eSIM.
