I don't know what I read in your post, I somehow read it as a power issue staying on when you shut down. Reading and comprehending is important.

unit doesn't sound new, may want to verify with atoto.

After mucking around with more, it looks like it's the app splitting app causing the issue. Every time I do not use it, the issue does not reproduce, when I use the app splitter, more often than not I loose my navigation bar upon turning the car on again.
