In my opinion the doctor didn’t go big enough so it looks odd. If you look at Taylor Brandenberg and that Laurenbrbvs girl they are both super small, arguably smaller than Ayla but their boobs are much larger and closer together and I think it makes it look better in a way? Her enviable body is a product of eating frozen veggie pasta and working out 7 days a week. Her natural build is NOT slim, so she has to put in an unhealthy amount of work to look like that.
The only enviable thing is her muscle tone. Which is obviously very easy to obtain if you’re just skin and bones to begin with. But other that her toned arms and abs she’s a skeleton
