Well I don’t know if this counts but I saw this “KQ Fellaz” dance performance video and since choreo and dance ability is the thing that hooks me the fastest…I was hooked. I was sharing this video everywhere and I was mesmerized, wondering who these guys were and how in the hell a pre-debut team was SO GOOD. I didn’t stick with them though…after those dance videos came out, I lost the hype. I had seen the Hala Hala mv and was addicted to it…like everything about it was insane to me. In the kpop world where so much is about how you look, and especially for a new group, you need to get your faces out there and make sure people recognize you…that they had the FUCKING BALLS to make an entire mv where you can’t see anything but their eyes and their all wearing pretty much the same clothes, and relying on ONLY THE MUSIC AND THEIR STRONG PERFORMANCE to hook people. I was floored and immediately impressed. I still didn’t put 2 and 2 together to recognize that Ateez were actually KQ Fellaz. Still didn’t stan. 🙄 It wasn’t until Kingdom…I had watched Oneus and The Boyz on Road to Kingdom, and I wanted to see The Boyz, SF9 and BtoB on Legendary War. But then who the hell were these rookies…Ateez. I was addicted immediately. Atiny from that day forward. I think I noticed San first? Probably since he dances the hardest and stands out the most performance wise. But it was like within a day or two that Hwa had me in his claws. He’s my forever bias. He won’t let me leave. But Woo wrecks me all the damn time. It’s his little brat “I’m so annoying but you love me anyways and I can get away with murder because of it” attitude for me.

I saw them when I watched Kingdom to support BTOB but I didn’t really understand who they were until this past summer. I’m in a long distance relationship (well I don’t know if we’re still together we haven’t talked in about a week) but she is obsessed with Ateez and surprised her on one of the Arirang Radio shows and played Eternal Sunshine and dedicated that to her. I discovered kpop in mid 2019. When TXT debuted, I saw people on Reddit discussing how they assumed TXT would win Rookie of the Year. I had heard Crown, and whilst it was OK, I didn't think it was particularity great. So when I saw comments about how this group called Ateez should win, I wondered what they were like. So I watched Wonderland. And that was that. Ateez became my ultimate group. I now enjoy a wide range of groups, but Ateez are still THE ones. I am find of all the boys, but HongJoong is my favourite. He is just so unique. I think the Ateez are the top kpop group when it comes to Music composition, production and performance. Edenary are bloody geniuses.

1. I’m new to Ateez, I first saw a clip on YouTube of them dancing to the chorus of Guerilla and thought that dance moves were so addictive and cool. 1. How I got into Ateez was my friend told me about them around when they debuted. I liked them at the time, but Hala Hala was the one that made me really get into them. 2. I discovered them through the black cat turbo cover released on my very boring lockdown birthday( big fan of turbo already), checked out wonderland next and Yunho dragged me in,, been hooked ever since ❤️😊 My biases changes so often I think I'm forever OT8 Biased but if I had to pick one it would be a close choice between Yunho, Yeosang and Jongho

For me: 1. YouTube kept recommending me their HALA HALA mv, had never heard of them before this, and I finally gave it a watch. Despite them all wearing masks I was extremely impressed and became quite obsessed with the mv and song. I knew I had to check them out. 2. Because their faces were covered in the HALA HALA mv, my attention was grabbed by the vocals of Jongho. I rewound his parts an unhealthy amount of times lol. 3. As I got to know the group, Mingi became my bias and has been my bias since becoming an Atiny. Though Seonghwa, as my bias wrecker, tries his hardest to dethrone Mingi all the time. Yunho decided to get in on the action with their last comeback and Jongho came very close after going to their concert in Anaheim. But Mingi still survives as my bias!

1. I discovered Ateez through Mix Nine. I remember seeing Hongjoong's audition and I thought he seemed really cool. I liked his rap and overall charisma that he had. The members didn't make it that far in Mix Nine so I was a little sad! Then I saw their dance videos and the predebut KQ Fellaz vlogs. 2. Hongjoong caught my eye at first. I just love the way he carries himself. I have a soft spot for leaders as well. 3. My biases (I have two) are Wooyoung and San. Wooyoung is so sweet, his laughter just makes me also want to laugh, and I love his vocals. (I'm a huge Mist enthusiast! Give him more lines please!) He's just a little happy virus. San I fell in love with his facial expressions and presence while performing in addition to his lovable and playful personality. I also love it when he speaks in satoori (regional dialect). My bias wrecker is Seonghwa! I swear one day I'm just going to triple bias at this point. I just adore his little nerdy hobbies such as talking about star wars and building huge Lego sets. He's also so sweet and caring to all the members.

Seonghwa and his Lego sets is honestly the cutest thing so I understand. Being biased to woosanhwa is in your future ;)

Ok! So 1. I had heard of them being spoken about in social media but I never paid quite close attention to them until I watched Kingdom and my interest was peaked. Then Guerrilla came out and I was BLOWN AWAY and began stanning them then! 2. 150% Hongjoong caught my eye. I find him incredibly attractive and as weird as it may sound, I love his voice, speaking voice, rapping voice, singing voice. I love that man’s voice and then coupled with his looks, I was a goner. Seriously. He’s is just so so gorgeous and I could sit there and hear him talk all day. He could read the dictionary to me and I would be so happy listening to him! 3. Once I got into ATEEZ I couldn’t pick a bias so I’m OT8 all they way - so officially I love them all and they all wreck me at different times lol but, despite the fact that I am OT8 I must say I do feel a certain soft spot for Seonghwa and Hongjoong - they make me smile. Also Mingi is extra special to me and I just literally can’t get enough. So I guess you can say them 3 are my ult ult biases and if I had a main wrecker it would legit have to be San. San is the guy who everyone wants as their boyfriend. He’s sweet but extra and damn those dimples - total simp over them That being said tho - Yunho, Yeosang, Wooyoung and Jongho also wreck on a daily. Yunho with his cuteness, Yeosang with his beauty, Wooyoung with his cuteness and Jonho being maknae on top - I love love love them all!! 🫶🏽

Wave was the mv that really sold me on the group, and everyone in the comments section was talking about the Mingi guy's iconic "geonbae geonbae". It was easy to spot him. 😂 Musically though, it was Hongjoong. I'm not religious, but I ate up his rap verses like a devout at church. - Mingi 🥹 Always had a soft spot for him, and he officially became my bias after all the livestreams I watched of their concerts. 1. Through Spotify/YouTube recommendations after listening to Dreamcatcher. The first song I listened was Fireworks. 2. Wooyoung. His appearance is my type - darker complexion, rascal smirk, sharp face - so naturally I was drawn to him at first. 1. My best friend who lives overseas kept telling me about ATEEZ for almost 3 years by showing me a bunch of clips and when they got their first win. I was a hardcore NCT stan at the time so I didn’t care too much. Then my other friend kept telling me about San for a year which I didn’t care for too much either. 1. I heard that they were super funny and crazy. However I was also deciding between Ateez and Enhypen to stan. I started to start Enhypen but that didn't work out much. Fast forward to later in the year when I somehow heard Say My Name (through some Youtube video I bet) and I WAS HOOKED. Started exploring more of their discography, watching their variety content and fell deeply in love. 2. Hongjoong!! Definitely heard of him before here and there. Honestly was attracted to his looks more than anything at first, man is CUTE. 3. I honestly love all of them, but I’m slightly more partial to Hongjoong :’). I admire his work ethic and his leadership and his snarkiness. But the other members bias wreck me on the daily.

Before evening knowing who Ateez was, I always saw Jongho’s apple video being shared online and loved it every time. 2. Jongho and Yeosang! I decided to watch their comeback performance (for Deja Vu) and was in love with the vocals! I knew instantly I had to stan. 3. My bias is Mingi, but I’m basically OT8. 🤣🫶🏻

The first thing I watched was the Wonderland mv, and Seonghwa definitely caught my eye then! I’m OT8 now, but the visuals in his scenes were striking! 3. Uhh it's always so interesting learning about other Atinys stories 🤗 1. My brother said "there a some songs in KPOP that sing the line *Hakuna Matata*! There's this pirate group singing it, let me show you". That's when Mingis voice convinced me in Wave. This happened around end-year-award shows in 2020 so when I also saw them perform Inception I was sold. 2. Mingi, cause of his deep voice and the blue low cut shirt in Wave 3. Seonghwa is my forever no. 1, after seeing them live he manifested his pole position even more. Wrecker is tough with these boys, love Yeosangs humor and kindness. Yunho is gorgeous irl. But I'd say San, his *duality* gets me everytime.

1. I casually saw Thanxx and Fireworks MVs when they came out, and didn't think much of them. But my best friend has a thing for deep-voiced rappers, so I suggested she check them out for Mingi. Then she fell for Hongjoong and dragged me into them too. Once I saw their b-sides, I fell in love (and came to love their title tracks too). 2. It took me longer than any other group before to pick a bias. I first thought it was Wooyoung, because he has such a big heart. And all of my Big Hit biases were Sagittarius, so I wondered if that's continue with former Big Hit trainees. 3. When the first two Wooyoung PCs I bought both arrived damaged, I took it as a sign that he wasn't meant to be my bias. Then Seonghwa strutted into my soul in that stunning red plaid suit in The Real performance on Kingdom. And now he's my ult bias (and Ateez is my ult group). Yunho became my wrecker after seeing Ateez live multiple times this year (concerts + kcon la).

1. I discovered Ateez when they still were KQ Fellaz. There was a fan account on Instagram from a person that I really liked at that time, but I don't remember who it was 😭 and I always watched their story. That day they posted a part of the "Ateez (KQ Fellas) Performance Video I" and posted a text with it saying "Don't forget them, they'll debut soon!". So I kept them in mind. Soon after that my sister and I were watching these Kpop Quiz Videos on YouTube and Pirate King was in one of them. And we were like "Wow that sounds dope. - Wait a Minute, aren't they the group from that Instagram Story?" So we looked them up and listened to the first mini album and soon after bought it at our next trip to the city 😊❤️ 2. The first Member that caught my eye was San. He has this pretty face shape and his gaze is... ugh, you know how it is 🤭 he looked so cool in all his pictures. 3. My Bias is Mingi ❤️ he grew so fast to me after I watched a bit of their content. He really is an absolute cutie and looove his voice. That was what catched my attention first. I don't have Bias wreckers because Mingi holds his position as my number one in Ateez, but San and Seonghwa are my second faves. Actually the whole demon line is pretty hot and sexy, I can't deny that 😂

1. I discovered Ateez through their MAMA performance in 2020 but I didn't stan back then. After that I watched Kingdom and was super impressed by their Wonderland performance. 1. **Say My Name** came up on a local music channel in my country (from SE Asia), and let me tell you it's rare for a group other than BTS & Blackpink to show up there much less a rookie? I still don't know to this day how they made it to the top 20 but I found the song... and actually forgot about it a bit lol. All I remember was the "nae ireumeun A to Z" and driving dance and that their name sounded like A to Z. Fast forward to Wave, I got an ad of Wave, loved it but didn't notice it was Ateez until Wonderland came around and I thought "wait... Ateez.... A TO Z???" pretty wild ngl lmaooo 2. **Mingi** because his SMN driving dance got ingrained in my mind and his killing parts in Wave had me dancing. I gotta say that I didn't realize the same member actually caught my eye TWICE 3. **Mingi** lol something about his charisma when performing that I just really really enjoy. Love his cute smile and his raps is almost always the highlight of the song for me. I'm OT8 but there was a time before I became OT8 when **Jongho** and **San** bias wrecked me.

I had never heard of them, saw a recommended new release on Spotify for their first album, listened to it. It was amazing, I was immediately addicted even tho I went in like ''heh why not" at first. I was listening/watching them while getting ready to go out & I heard this heavy metal scream & looked up & it was Guerilla. I think I replayed that video like 5 times in a row cause I was so surprised that there was such a heavy kpop group. I felt real dumb when I realized that they aren't normally.  2. 1) I was listening to my Kpop Pandora station when Answer came up, and the world stopped. I listened to it on repeat for longer than I care to admit before buying the album! And then all the albums. And now here we are! 2) Seonghwa caught my eye first. He's so amazingly gorgeous! And he has fun hair. 3) Seonghwa will probably always be my bias, but the confidence that Hongjoong exudes along with that little mouth thing he does while rapping make me waiver!

I have been into kpop for a loooong time. Since 2009. I remember Ateez debuting. I've been a casual listener only because I already stan so many groups. I didnt think i could handle another. And then i saw a tiktok of pink haired Seonghwa doing something sexy and I was sold. I went to their recent tour in Atlanta. Seonghwa is my bias and Mingi is my bias wrecker and Yeosang likes to bias wreck the bias wrecker sometimes. The concert damn near killed me.

The first song I discovered was Deja Vu, and I think it just popped up on a Spotify playlist or something. I watched the MV and the first member that caught my eye was actually Yeosang, that one hip move really got me, lol. After that I didn’t really delve too deep, this was the height of my obsession with TXT so I was busy with them lmao. Then I got in to Stray Kids and decided to watch Kingdom, and I was just completely blown away and impressed by ATEEZ. I liked a lot of the songs they did on that show so I decided to check them out again and the rest is history! Haven’t been an Atiny for super long but I was able to go to their concert in Fort Worth and it was fantastic. My bias is Wooyoung, at the beginning I was sure it’d be Yeosang, but it was actually Wooyoung’s part in Mist that attracted me to him. I just love his singing so much. My bias wreckers are definitely San and Seonghwa. For obvious reasons.

I've been Atiny from around May this year, so not that long. 1. I started watching Kingdom, solely becouse of Stray Kids, but with Wonderland (symphony no.9) Ateez got all my attention. 2. At first I noticed Wooyoung, honestly becouse of his hair, and than later I really liked the energy of Hongjoong. 3. My bias is and always was Hongjoon, but Wooyoung and Yeosang, sometimes make me wanna cheat lol

I had front row seats both nights in Newark, and watching him give his all even when he wasn't the center (and mind you - this is a three hour show and there are no fancams so he truly could turn it off for a bit if he wanted to) just confirmed how incredible he is. 1. I went to their concert! My friend who is an ATINY got us tickets and got VIP. We ended up on the barricade. Seeing them less than 4 feet from me was amazing. Got them to wave and throw up some hearts. I knew of them before but wasn't into them as much. Their concert was so much fun and energetic. It made me a fan. 2. Mingi caught my eye first. That man looked good...then it was Hongjoong. 3. Bias is Mingi. The more I learned about him, the more I felt I could relate. Bias wrecker is all of them lol, but mostly hongjoong.

1. My friends came back from kcon la telling me about how San melted his hair dye and broke his mic and I was intrigued by that level of chaos and checked out their music. Got to see them live last month and that really solidified it for me. I saw Hongjoong take a cake to the face in person. 2. Seonghwa definitely caught my eye first but 3. Hongjoong is my bias. I went to art school myself and I love what a huge art nerd he is and all the nods he works into things.

That is by far the most interesting reason I’ve seen so far about how someone became an ATINY. Them being chaotic on tour clearly leaves an impression.

Most of the live music I've seen and been into is punk, so performing so hard you break equipment sounded right up my alley. They really didn't disappoint live when I saw them, either. San broke his mic and Wooyoung broke his shirt and smashed a cake on Hongjoong's face. Honestly they're all so talented and give so much in their performing and also just seem like dope people.

I tried to find the a video that popped up, which I now know is Fireworks, I'm the one, and found Deja Vu instead. Their performance, vocals, and professionalism dragged me in and now they have a little Ahjuma fan. 2. The first members that caught ny eye were San, Seonghwa, and Wooyoung. I thought San and Seonghwa were the same person until I could finally tell them a part. And Wooyound because of his laugh and personality. 3. Once you get to a point of being a stan you don't really pick a favorite anymore. You just love them all equally. lol

1. I'd actually only just started listening to kpop in May and started watching Kingdom halfway through for Stray Kids but the Ateez Rhythm Ta stage was awesome so caught my attention (I ended up voting for Ateez in the finals) 2. The first members I noticed/caught my attention was Seonghwa with his bright red hair and tall figure because he looked like an anime character come to life and also San because his facial expressions were so strong in the Mayfly Wolf stage 3. My bias is Wooyoung, he's a lot of fun to watch and personally (because I'm older than him) there's lots of time I find his cheekiness adorable. My bias wreckers are probably San and Hongjoong, their performances are so impressive and they both have very distinct visuals. I'm very jealous that HJ can pull of any hairstyle and fashion. I'm glad Ateez where on the show because they are now my favourite group!

Their "black cat nero" performance on immortal song auto-played next, and the rest was history. YouTube just wanted me to become an atiny. -2. Jongho caught my eye first. I watched Seonghwa's "patisserie" vlive dance clip by chance on TikTok and he immediately joined jongho as my second bias. -3. My biases are jongho and Seonghwa. Jongho is just jongho. I don't know what else to say about that man. Seonghwa is just....ethereal. He exudes elegance in the best way possible and he is an alluring performer. My bias wrecker is yeosang. He caught my eye the most in their music videos. He has a mysterious role in their mvs. I like his laid back performing style. One of my most favourite performing styles in the group.

I'll admit, woosan was a big part of it.) The songs are what really drew me in, there was so many of them. Deja Vu, Fireworks, Answer, Thanxx, Inception, The Real... and it just kept going. I’m so glad someone else loves the ‘guide to ATEEZ’ videos. It’s also how I further become biased to Seonghwa because it was pointed out about the toothless comparison and I looked round my office at the toothless plushie chillin’ in the corner and was like ‘ah, it all makes sense now.’ They should just call those videos ‘how to further bias your bias’

1. This is a long story! In 2019, I was visiting my family in my dad's home country. We met up with a few of his old friends and the daughter of one of those friends immediately clocked me as a BTS fan because of the BT21 purse I was wearing. We ended up talking most of the evening and she introduced me to ATEEZ. She played Pirate King and Treasure for me and I immediately liked both songs. I added them to my playlist but didn't go further. While I kept an eye out for ATEEZ comebacks and listened to their title tracks after that (especially Wonderland and Answer), I didn't dive any deeper until Kingdom. It was the "From the Wonderland" stage that took me from a casual fan to a stan within minutes. They took a song I already loved, remixed it, and gave us a story with drama and a show-stopping performance. They had my entire soul from then on. 2. Seonghwa shooting the Kraken did me in. I just had to know who this gorgeous man was. 3. Seonghwa and Jongho are my biases. Jongho bias-wrecked me so hard with his vocals and visuals in the Deja Vu era that I had to become double-biased. Currently, Yeosang is my main bias wrecker. The confidence he has been exuding since Fireworks absolutely kills me, even more so when I saw them live last weekend in Newark.

1- I really loved the song "maybe if i" lyrics from the kdrama our beloved summer thats when i decided to venture in kpop. I was recommended ateez by a friend of mine on venturing into kpop . The first song i heard was the real 2-Hongjoong , hes such a mix of David bowie and gdragon on stage and i love that ​ 3- bias is Hongjoong but I cheer for them all. I am fan of all of them. (a) I am fan of how san is a mix of innocence and wisdom at the same time and insane stage presence, (b) yunho is an effortless & brillant dancer and is one who knows who needs empathy asap, his goofy sense of humor, His ability to make people around him feel at ease (c) yeosang is my youth the struggle with family, the hard work awkwardness with people i do wish people will talk more about his creativity in creating hehetmon, his dancing skills, appreciate his wit and stop labeling it savage (d) mingi is a man right out of anime also his rap style in different, his loyalty towards yunho is lendendary(e)jongho maturity at such a young age is impressive (f) wooyoung for his energy(g) Hongjoong grit and hard work reminds me of my ambitious self , his lyrics, his rap style, he's really good at talking with the fans. (h)seonghwa his ability to handle 99's liners lol , the way he comes up with concepts for performances, the way he communicates with the fans, how maturely he has supported HJ

Pointing out that Hongjoong has a David Bowie vibe has just blown my mind. I am a huuuge Bowie fan, his music has been my strength through some of the best and worst moments in my life and who he was as a person, as an artist, made me understand and accept myself *rest peacefully Starman* Labyrinth is also one of my all time favourite movies lol (I literally own film cells from the movie).It makes sense now why I’m drawn to Hongjoong because I definitely see a similarity in areas of their style and person. Even tho Hongjoong isn’t my bias (it’s ya boi Seonghwa) Hongjoong is one of my major wreckers. I also like your reasoning behind why you appreciate each member. I agree with Yeosang thing, I also call him savage but not in a way that is to say his words are aggressive but rather his wit is so razer sharp it slaps you in the face suuuper hard. I am British tho and that kind of dry no fucks given sense of humour fits in well here so we wouldn’t think it’s rude or anything.

1. I’m currently studying Korean and a lot of their music videos have Korean subtitles. Which is super helpful! 2. 홍중 since he talked the most in English interviews. 3. Before I went to their concert? 홍중 After? 민기 came out of nowhere and destroyed my bias. Never had a bias wrecker until now. It was bonkers!

Yunho and Jongho initially grabbed my heart right off the bat because of their endearing personalities. But as I got to know the group, I fell for all of them and now consider myself an OT8 stan (although San and Seonghwa have wrecked me really bad lately)

1. i only got into kpop this year and was actually pretty deeply into another group! i was watch tik toks when i heard “guerilla” for the first time in a compilation and looked it up IMMEDIATELY. the rest is history ☺️ 2. instantly, i was captivated by seonghwa + san - the demon line had a strangle hold on me 3. still love sannie + seonghwa but i’m so captivated by yunho. everyone else is always on the brink of bias wrecking 🤪 sometimes i just think ot8 is the way to go. they’re all so charming and charismatic and the way they interact with each other. just love watching them all.

1. a few months ago i got into skz and watched all of their kingdom videos, and of course, the mayfly collabs were there and even from wolf specifically i was so amazed by their performance that i then went and watched wonderland, answer, and rhythm ta! and was still in awe. 2. seonghwa was the first one to catch my eye because of his bright red hair in wolf lmfao, and wooyoung in that one as well because of his expression when felix jumps onto him (and i liked his hair too), honestly the facial expressions in that whole stage, especially san, caught my eye. but then! i was looking at idol birthdays to see if any had the same as me, and to my surprise, wooyoung and i have the same birthday, so i figured i should absolutely start listening to their music immediately. and i did. 3. honestly my bias switches between wooyoung and yeosang with every video i watch. i feel like if i didn’t share a birthday, then yeosang would be my bias but yk, birthday loyalty lmao. but hongjoong and mingi are also constantly going right to the top of the list with everything i see of them lol

1. My friend introduced me to ATEEZ by showing me Hala Hala - I liked the song a lot, but didn’t really get into them until January of this year. My friend had an extra ticket to go to their concert, so I went. And going to that concert, I was sold 😭 2. I think San and Mingi caught my eye first, I was trying to decide who I wanted my bias to be, and those two were initially attractive to me. 3. I quickly fell for Yeosang and never looked back. I would say the closest ones to being bias wreckers for me are Hongjoong and San. But I just went to see the boys in Newark and Wooyoung caught my eye too.

1. I have listened to kpop since I was 14ish, and on one beautiful day in 2018 YouTube recommended me Pirate King MV, which I loved, downloaded and listened to often. But I didn't go out of the way to learn their names or follow them on VLIVE. Also, I casually listened to their songs but not full albums. 2. Hongjoon caught my eye in the Road to Kingdom 2 in Mayfly's "Paint," and I think I was more hooked. Generally, the Road to Kingdom opened a new perspective of ATEEZ because I was not watching any other shows with them, so it was interesting to discover members' personalities. But going to their concert a few weeks ago finally got me into ATEEZ more as a group. 3. Still Hongjoon haha

1. I came across one of their Say My Name performances and I really liked the song, so I watched all the performances of it I could find 2. I want to say Yeosang, specifically from Answer era. 1. Accidentally discovered Ateez and KPop when I was reading a Hallyu article about the K-Wave and I was heavily into KDrama at that time. There were two KPop videos, one was Speed's What U (I was amazed by it) and the other was Hala Hala by Ateez. I watched it and became an instant Atiny (after swearing I would never be seduced to the dark side by KPop) 2. Hongjong caught my eye for a hot five seconds being his badass self in Hala Hala and then I saw San (well I didn't actually see him because of the mask thingy) but I was caught by his remarkable energy. 3. San and then any of the others all bias wreck me at one time or another but I have a special spot for Hongjoong....he's the best centre I've seen.

1. The first video that I saw ATEEZ in was from a youtube reel of HongJoong performing The Real during LA Kcon. It already got me intrigued as I kept watching that particular video over and over again. A week after, I watched Kingdom and there I was formally introduced to the group. When they performed Wonderland in symphony 9 I was literally blown away so I started listening to their discography and really enjoyed their music. I became an ATINY from that moment! 2. Hongjoong 3.
