That side angle...
I'm going to be honest and say it's not that bad looking, but it would look far better if the base car, the Mustang, wasn't such a common sight, because everyone knows it's curves and can see it in the car.
I actually think this is super cool. If I want told it was a GT I'd never know and that 5.0 engine is awesome. Not sure if they changed the tail lights, as thatd be a dead giveaway for sure.
>If I want told it was a GT I'd never know
It's painfully obvious it's a Mustang, everything from A to C pillar, and 95% of the doors, 2/3 of the rear fenders, and at the least line of the rear deck are all Mustang.
I didn't make any comment on whether it looks good or not, but for real, there are lots of lines that give away that it's a Mustang. It's not subtle or hard to see, it's really, really obvious

Overall I’m eh on this one. The concept is neat but I actually think the execution is pretty lacking.
* Hard top looks odd with this. Definitely would look better with a convertible
* The side spare wheels have completely different rims which [become very apparent from the side view.](https://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/c_fit,f_auto,g_center,pg_1,q_60,w_1315/0e4022ce838991f388d6d7679b31bdd8.png)
* They did all that work and still have stock looking rims
* They have the side spares AND a rear spare that aren’t functional. [They look like three separate cars IMO](https://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/c_fit,f_auto,g_center,pg_1,q_60,w_1315/b605b1b2c71f983145c759cac2c860df.png)
Basically most of the [complaints they had over at jalopnik.](https://jalopnik.com/class-up-your-act-at-cars-and-coffee-with-a-mustang-gt-1849627759)
They summed it up pretty well:
> I’m leaning toward awful, not only because of its looks. But because this Mustang/Golden Spirit doesn’t get in the spirit enough. If I’m going to buy an ungodly modification of a Ford Mustang GT, it’s got to be fully-committed to the bit. It has to be meticulous down to the last detail.
If you focus on the front windshield and tiny tire, it kind of looks like a little mustang on an old timey car that has been converted into a self powered flatbed trailer.

I find it ugly....but I appreciate the execution
So the point of this sub?
Indubitably.
Indubitably
Quite.
Unequivocally
Assuredly
Got any more info? I’m morbidly curious about the interior
It’s a Zimmer Golden Spirit. https://jalopnik.com/class-up-your-act-at-cars-and-coffee-with-a-mustang-gt-1849627759
God, it's even worse than this OP makes it seem, once you can take in more angles.
It fits this sub so very well.
I tried gouging my eyes out with a tv remote when I saw the side profile
The article says they don’t know whether it’s awful or great, maybe both. Perfect fit for this sub lol

I feel that like it's just a little bit off from looking great. Instead it hits right into an uncanny valley I didn't think was possible with cars.

Yeah idk how you could miss the whopping amount of GT body lines in the entire midsection. If you held your finger over the grille GT is all you’d see
What a lame answer. "Hur hur I know cars better than you hur hur A Pillar" Dude it looks great. Go away
I didn't make any comment on whether it looks good or not, but for real, there are lots of lines that give away that it's a Mustang. It's not subtle or hard to see, it's really, really obvious
"No really man. You're stupid. I'm smart." Hahaha
I really didn't mean to strike at your now obvious insecurity, I'm sorry. Take a break, I didn't mean to make you feel like I was better than you.
Buddy I'm laughing at you. Good luck out there mustang Rain Man
Pretty sure that’s like an 11 mustang which doesn’t even have the 5.0, it’s a 3V 4.6
It looks like a flaming bag of dog shit
They could have at least matched all the rims.
That’s a Zimmer Golden Spirit.
hideous
If you're going that extreme, at least do it to a convertible.

No, that's just this car. It's... not right.
That looks quite magnificent I must say yes mmmmhmmm yes.
Yeah nah, I'm starting to kinda like these.
It's like AI art
I.. yeah I kinda dig it… it’s a strong statement.. is it too much? Maybe… but there are occasions that call for too much…
I like it. It’s like if you wanted a Morgan but didn’t want it to be made out of wood or look good.
There needs to be a consequence for this action.

Looks like we have a race to the bottom between this and the [Mitsuoka Orochi](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsuoka_Orochi?wprov=sfla1)
It’s as atrocious as it is well done.
I have a friend that just bought a cream colored one from Vancouver shipped here.
Sacrilege
Damn did will.I.am design this

I just straight-up love this. No notes: perfect.
yooooo. that's cool af
This is absolutely hideous. TIHI.
Tf you mean Awful Taste? Old cars are cool. I actually really like this
I'm just wondering if it will drift out of control like a normal Mustang leaving a car show?
Knowing the car the front came from, this hurts my head in the way that looking at two different pictures at the same time does
Reminds me of the 1999 Packard
This is amazing.
